From Breakup to Breakthrough

A space to breathe, feel, and heal for divorced women.

Just a few years ago I began my journey of moving through grief, renewal, and everything in between during my divorce. As I moved through layers of emotional, mental, and spiritual change, it was my self-care practices and support system that guided me through healing. I created this Divorcée Grow Group for women so that we can call on practical tools to navigate these experiences and grow through this chapter of life, together.

This Grow Group was designed to center healing, storytelling, and education on personal wellbeing as a collective.

  • In this 4-part series, we’ll cultivate a brave space of sharing, listening, learning, and understanding. Each session will be grounded in a theme of growth that will be paired with mindfulness practices that can be used beyond our session gatherings. Take a look at the session descriptions below:

    Session 1: Grounding.

    For our first gathering, we will focus on building connections between one another as well as participating in mindfulness practices so that we can strengthen the connection to ourselves. We’ll also engage in a storytelling exercise that helps us identify the various layers of our divorce experiences.

    Session 2: Learning.

    In this session, we’ll focus on identifying our emotional, physical, and mental needs and explore mindfulness tools to support ourselves and each other.

    Session 3: Growing.

    Part of the breakthrough process involves naming our fears around our experience, whether it be about the future, family/ community dynamics, or beginning again, to name a few. This session is about leveraging our strengths to move forward with awareness and courage.

    Session 4: Rising.

    To wrap up our series, we’ll take time to celebrate and honor our journey of resilience together. As a way to take our practice into our lives, we’ll move through a ritual creation process so that we may feel prepared and equipped to navigate whatever lies ahead.

  • In addition to our four live sessions and mindfulness tools, we will have an private WhatsApp group to explore weekly resources together and have a space for community support.

    You will be provided with mindfulness tools and resources that can be used in daily life!

  • The healing journey is not linear and is unique for everyone.

    With that in mind, this space is designed for women who have moved through a divorce in their past, are currently moving through one, or are about to begin the process. Having a range of experiences in the space can offer different layers of wisdom and empowerment.

    To know: I am a trained Mindfulness & Wellbeing strategist, educator, yoga teacher, and program facilitator and I have over a decade of experience leading and holding spaces of meaning.

    I am not a licensed therapist - while we will be addressing grief, loss, mindset strategies, community support, and mindfulness, I do not hold clinical psychology training.

    If you are seeking deeper elements of mental health or trauma healing, consider working with a therapist alongside this support group. If you need support with this, I am happy to help you in your search.

  • We will gather four times virtually through January and February on Wednesday evenings at 8:30 - 9:30 pm PT.

    Those dates are:

    January 19th & 26th

    February 2nd & 9th

    What if we really like each other and want to continue beyond the four sessions? We can totally explore an extension opportunity! YES!

  • The cost of the 4-part series is $150.
