I’m Kimmy and I’ll be your wellbeing guide.

Let’s walk down your path together. I’ll be by your side to guide you towards a deeper relationship to yourself and the world around you.

And once you’ve learned the tools to listen and respond to your own needs…you will pave the path to becoming your own guide.

 

As I walked down my own path, I discovered the power of the mind, body, soul connection through yoga and mindfulness practices. I lived most of my life disconnected from my body and as an adult, I learned to consciously breathe for the first time. That was ten years ago.

It was through profound healing and learning how to align to my soul’s purpose that I experienced the power that exists within each of us...it was then that I began my quest to unlock the most authentic and healthy version of myself.

My career as a community leader began in the field of education using programmatic methods to support young adults in building their identities. In 2013, I accepted a volunteer teaching fellowship in India.

I stepped into an eclectic environment that embodied a lifestyle of mindfulness and unconditional love. Mumbai was my home for 2 years and the setting of my greatest transformation. 

In 2015, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Institute in Mumbai with a sense of alignment, purpose, and gratitude for all I had learned.

Feeling the psychological and physiological magic that brought awareness, contentment, and humility to my life, I knew that my education spaces had to look different. I held a new truth that learning must include opportunities to ground in our wellbeing.

I returned to California with a new dream - to continue to nourish this soul and this body of mine and create a safe space for others to do the same.

For the last decade, I’ve cultivated my strengths as an experiential educator, community builder, social justice advocate, and yoga teacher to build communities that center sustainable and conscious education.

In 2020, after completing my Certificate in Mindfulness & Wellbeing Strategy, I followed a call to action to make that space a reality.

is my offering that encompasses all of the most powerful and insightful elements of my growth process and education from global teachers. Through movement based practices, breathwork, and reflection activities, I invite you to join me in learning and experience profound liberation within yourself.

Community & Grow Groups.

Pause. Breathe. Listen. Everything you need…is already a part of you. Though sometimes we need some support in remembering that. That’s where Grow Groups come in because learning in community allows us to open in expand in ways we didn’t know possible. Be held and step into a multi-week community space that is tailored to your needs and interests.

Every year I host multiple virtual spaces to develop mindfulness practices, tools for moving through breakups as well as programs centered on women empowerment. Check out the grow together tab to see what’s coming next!

 

Restorative Retreats.

Take a step of our routine and learn to listen without as much noise. Welcome to the Restorative retreat programs, where we travel to beautiful destinations and re-center our wellbeing.

Restoring our connection to ourselves, to the earth, and to the world around us is medicine for the soul. Through daily yoga practice, nourishing cuisine, and excursions to historical landmarks of wonder and healing, be guided in the return back to yourself.

Yoga for alignment.

In Sanskrit, the meaning of YOGA is to ‘join’, to ‘ yoke’ or unite. With the highest gratitude for our Indian elders, teachers, mystics, and sages, we hold the opportunity to remember the innate connection of our mind, bodies and spirits.

This ancient practice of self-study, humility, and embodiment brings us to awareness of breath and self where we can discover alignment in our being.

Let’s breathe and move together as we identify what sequence of movements and breathwork feel best in your body. In each session, I’ll guide you through practices to experience flexibility and ease in both mind and body.

Start and end your days in awareness; being truly present with yourself. Breakthrough anxiety, stress, and challenging transitions with supportive guidance. Together we’ll design sustainable strategies in your life that center your emotional, spiritual, and physical health goals in mind.

Together, we’ll create rituals and routines to support your daily growth. The program includes meditation, yoga, intentional lifestyle practices, and transformation coaching sessions with me.
